Privacy.
This page explains what levirock.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we only collect what you type into a form, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.
Who runs this site
levirock.com is run by Levi Rock, 2720 St. Etienne Blvd, Unit 4, Windsor ON N8W 5E6. Questions about your information go to hello@levirock.com.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: your name, business, role, the business's revenue range, email, phone, city, links, and anything you write to us.
- If you suggest a podcast guest, their name, business and contact details, how you know them, and why you suggested them.
- The link you arrived on (for example, a tagged LinkedIn link), so we know which posts bring people here.
- Basic technical records our web host keeps to run and protect the site, such as your IP address and the pages you request.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, doesn't follow you to other sites, and only shows us totals, such as how many people visited a page. We don't run advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you, book a podcast recording, or answer a community request.
- To send you the monthly letter and event invites, only if you tick the box that says so.
- To contact a guest you suggested, once, and tell them you suggested them.
Email and your consent
We only send the monthly letter and event invites to people who tick the consent box. Every email says who it's from and has a one-click unsubscribe. You can also withdraw consent by emailing hello@levirock.com. We act on it within 10 business days, as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation requires.
Who sees it
Levi and the small team that runs the podcast. We don't sell or rent your information.
The forms on this site are processed by our web host, Netlify, which may store submissions on servers outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep form details while we're in touch with you and for a reasonable time after, then delete them. Ask us to delete your details any time and we will, unless the law requires us to keep something.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@levirock.com. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Photos and recordings
Podcast recordings are covered by the guest release you sign on recording day. At any event Levi hosts, we only take photos of you with your OK.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
